Renters Insurance

All RollieJo Properties tenants are required to maintain an active renters insurance policy. This protects your personal belongings and provides liability coverage.

  • Minimum $100,000 liability coverage
  • RollieJo Properties listed as additional interest
  • Proof of insurance required at move-in
  • Policy must remain active throughout lease term

Move-In / Move-Out

We conduct thorough walkthrough inspections at both move-in and move-out to document property condition and protect your security deposit.
